The Service
What Is Commercial Electrical Inspections?
A commercial electrical inspection is an EICR for business premises — a formal inspection and test of the fixed electrical installation in an office, shop, warehouse or other commercial property.
Commercial installations are often larger and more complex than domestic ones, with three-phase supplies, emergency lighting and fire alarm systems. The inspection covers all of it and records whether the installation is safe for continued use.

Why It Matters
Why Professional Electrical Work Matters
Businesses have a legal duty to keep the workplace safe, including the electrical installation. A commercial EICR is the standard evidence that duty is met — and insurers often require it.
Commercial faults can be more serious — disrupting trading, endangering staff and customers, and in some premises (e.g. with refrigeration or machinery) causing costly losses. Regular inspection finds risks before they become incidents.
Costs & Pricing
